Approximately 38km south, it's a 40 minutes drive and there are flights from many European cities.
From Venice Marco Polo Airport
The biggest international airport near Rovinj is in Venice. It's a 3 hours drive from Rovinj but there is also a boat ferry in season that connects Venice to Rovinj.

We’ll have the chance to order lunch at many small cafès and restaurants near the venue or we will also be able to buy lunch at “Konzum” or “Lidl” supermarkets close to the venue.
Alternatively, you can bring your own lunch which can be enjoyed in the room.
