Two weeks ago, Gary Douglas asked me a question: who are you living your life for?

I was actually living my life from someone else's projection. I was making the person's needs more important than me and I wasn’t at home with me & my body at that moment.

Did you know that important means superior to you or greater than you?

My whole life I have made others superior or more important because they were family, or they had money, or because of their career, i.e accountant, lawyer, or they had something I decided was better than me. All of this was based on judgment. MEST, that messed me up.

Why are you trying to make someone else greater and more important than you?

Question, what if you actually started living your life for you?
